The Grand Entrance Guest Book Experience includes:
- Retro Audio Guest Book – for guests to leave recorded messages for the guest(s) of honor to have living memories to listen to and enjoy for a lifetime.
- Two Hours of Photos on the Red-Carpet in front of a Custom Backdrop (Step and Repeat, Monogrammed or Similar Design)
- Customizable Red-Carpet Square or Polaroid Style Photo Template
- Premium Custom Guest Book (Memory Album) complete with copies of each Red-Carpet Photo along with handwritten notes from guests.
- Printed Red-Carpet Photo for Each Guest
- Live Online Gallery from which guests can download and share copies of their Red-Carpet Photos
- Post-event gallery of all Red-Carpet Photos provided to Guest(s) of Honor
- Retro Audio Guest Book Signage
Upon arrival guests will have their photo taken on the Red-Carpet after which they’ll leave a short note in the Guest Book on the page next to their Red-Carpet photo. They will then be instructed to, at some point during the event, leave a longer message for the guest(s) of honor on the Retro Audio Guest Book inside the venue.
At the conclusion of the event, the Guest(s) of Honor will receive their completed Guest Book with copies of each Red-Carpet photo and handwritten notes from family and friends. Within a few days of the event, they will receive a digital file, complete with all of the heartfelt messages left by guests to listen to remember their day.
Premium Custom Guest Books come with White Acrylic, Black Acrylic, Amber Bamboo, Natural Bamboo, and Brushed Aluminum finish options such as the Natural Bamboo shown in the photo.
The Grand Entrance Guest Book Experience can be booked as a standalone experience or can be combined with a traditional photo booth experience to further enhance the delivery of fun, smiles, laughter, and love to the celebration.
The Grand Entrance Guest Book Experience can be customized to include a Digital or Physical Photo Mosaic created from the Red-Carpet photos, in place of or in addition to the Custom Guest Book, additional Red-Carpet photo time (comes standard with 2 hours), a roaming photographer to capture candid photos of the event, or a custom setup (decor/table) for the Retro Audio Guest Book.
