On October 15, 2022 we had the pleasure of delivering fun, smiles, laughter, and love to Harpor’s Vineyard in New Virginia, Iowa, with our Glamper photo booth SADIE, for the wedding reception for Kylie and Trace Montoya.
What an amazing night and celebration!
Harpor’s Vineyard is a luxury wedding venue with a staff that delivers an exceptional wedding ceremony and reception experience. We’ve had the pleasure to work with 100’s of different wedding venues over the years and we’ve worked with very few whose staffs have been as accommodating, helpful, and informative as the team we had the pleasure of working with last night. They were on top of every detail and kept us informed of things throughout the night they thought we needed to know.
The ceremony, held outside under a beautiful blue Iowa sky was, moving. The vows the couple exchanged were elegant and heartfelt and the officiant, a relative of the bride, did an excellent job mixing the traditions of a wedding ceremony with a personal touch. This was a black tie wedding, so the crowd was dressed to impress.
Expert DJ and entertainment services were provided by NOTA. We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside DJ Marty McFly from NOTA on numerous occasions and are always impressed by his professionalism and ability to keep the party going! Last night was no exception – Ambrea, our attendant at the event last night commented that this was the first wedding reception she’d ever been to where she saw EVERYONE on the dance floor. That’s quite a feat!
Marty even made a visit to get his picture taken in SADIE at one point during the evening.
A delicious dinner, including an amazing and enormous piece of Turtle Cheesecake for dessert (and I don’t even like cheesecake) was provided by Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse.
And the beautiful lighted MONTOYA sign, from Joanne’s Event Rentals (pictured below), definitely grabbed and directed your attention to the Head Table.
SADIE had a steady stream of visitors throughout the evening capturing hundreds of fun photos and memories for Kylie and Trace and getting many compliments from visitors on her stylish exterior and interior decor.
We had a great time introducing SADIE to so many new people and being part of Kylie and Trace’s special day! Congratulations Kylie and Trace and thank you for inviting us to your reception!
